LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) is the periodic investment activity report every PMA company must submit to Indonesia's investment authority. Recent updates have tightened both the reporting cadence and the level of detail required, covering realised investment value, workforce composition, and production or operational activity. Companies that fall behind risk administrative sanctions, including suspension of business licences. This article summarises what has changed, who is required to report, and the internal process we recommend to keep a PMA compliant quarter after quarter.
